The Australian Centre for Antimicrobial Resistance Ecology (ACARE) is major research initiative within the Faculty of Sciences at the University of Adelaide.

We bring together researchers from the School of Animal and Veterinary Sciences and School of Biological Sciences and have strong links to industry and other research organisations. We also act as a National One Health AMR Surveillance Reference Laboratory in collaboration with Dr Sam Abraham and Murdoch University.
