The SET Faculty has three manned store locations that can assist with services. Please see below for a summary of the services provide at each of these locations.

SET Badger Store and Chemical Facility
Located on the lower ground floor of the Badger Building, room LG23.

Please note: although the Store and Chemical Facility is staffed throughout the day, customers are strongly encouraged to visit the store during these posted hours. At other times we are focussing on restocking inventory and other services we provide. Service will be limited and only for urgent cases.
Parcel collection
9am – 4pm
Collection of parcels is available during all open hours.

Shipping and outgoing freight
The SET Stores team can assist with a variety of shipping and outgoing freight situations. Please note that we are not representatives of the freight companies; we cannot offer specialised advice with regard to packaging and other specific requirements e.g. legal, that may apply to your particular circumstances. We can however provide official University accounts and freight company contacts that can assist you, along with regularly updated instructions that will help make the process as easy as possible.
