Geoscience workshops for students and professional geoscientists!

NExUS is committed to the professional development of students, early career geoscientists, and geoscientists of all experience through its workshops and related activities.

Our in-house and online NExUS-PD training sessions are designed to cover relevant geoscience topics and current industry trends. We aim for our workshops to be as enjoyable and interactive as possible whether F2F or online.

Early career participants will build on the knowledge they have learned in their undergraduate degree, but the courses are also relevant to geoscientists of all levels of experience: from 1st year undergraduate students to principle geologists!

Between 2020 and 2023 over 1000 participants from all around the World, and of all levels of experience, have taken part in 30 online and F2F workshops on 13 different topics, all delivered by discipline experts.

Registration links for our upcoming 2024 workshops will be posted below when available. Alternatively, please follow program leader Dr. Richard Lilly  on LinkedIn for updates on workshops and all things NExUS!
