Join Young Engineers Australia for a series of public speaking workshops that are designed to boost your confidence and provide you with practical tools to excel your communication and leadership skills.

This event is the first one in the public speaking workshop series and will focus on delivering impromptu speeches.

During the event, you will get to understand the basics of speech delivery, boost your confidence in speaking in front of people and most importantly be given the opportunity to practise speaking impromptu in a comfortable and supportive environment.

At the end of the event you will understand the basics of presentation delivery and be able to speak confidently in any environment.

About the presenter

Julian Zheng
Graduate Engineer & Academy State Leader | Lucid Consulting Australia

Julian was an international student at the University of Adelaide. He is now a young professional engineer and a motivational public speaker. Throughout his career, Julian has developed a reputation of delivering inspirational and heartfelt speeches. Having received multiple public speaking awards, he is an advocate of using stories to convey messages and emotion to move people to action.
