Work With Our Students
We help industry to connect with our students through mentoring, placements, research projects and graduate recruitment opportunities.
At the Faculty of Sciences, Engineering and Technology, we are always looking to collaborate with different organisations. Working with our students can assist with talent identification for graduate employment opportunities.
There are many ways for your organisation to get involved, including by:
- hosting placement students
- sponsoring a final year honours project
- participating in public speaking and promotional opportunities on-campus
- exhibiting at the University’s Careers Expo.
Host a student on an internship placement
Internships and practical experience
Many of our students are required to complete an internship as part of their degree to help them further develop invaluable practical skills.
We have put together all the information you as a host organisation will need to consider if you wish to host one of our work-ready ECMS students.
Partner with a flagship project
Flagship projects are strongly multidisciplinary, bringing together academics and students across schools and faculties that deal with real-life problems and current technologies and practices. If you and your business have something you would like to offer our students, please get in touch and we look forward to having you on board.
Recruit job ready graduates
The University of Adelaide’s Careers Service prepares, inspires and empowers students to achieve successful career transitions and connect with industry. As an employer, your organisation can list graduate programs, vacation work, volunteer opportunities, internships, international work and more.
Participate in our events
There are opportunities for organisations to participate in our events.
