Project Management is a key skill required to ensure you deliver your research project or any industry project on time and on budget.
Marc Lyell from Frazer-Nash Consultancy will be on campus to deliver Project Management training over the course of three sessions specifically designed for Engineering PhD students.
Each training session will be run in small groups of 8-10 students to ensure you receive a very personal experience and will provide the skills and knowledge you need to deliver your projects more effectively and gain an understanding of how industry based Project Managers get things done.
