- Ms Alessandra Vizza Presenter
Upgrading production with safe technology in advanced-flow reactors for continuous manufacturing.
Transferring chemical synthesis from traditional batch-technology to continuous-flow can bring significant advantages in reduction of cost, complexity and safety that are usually associated with process scale-up. Product quality becomes a crucial parameter.
This presentation will highlight how Corning® Advanced-Flow™ Reactors have been successfully applied in a range of flow-chemistry processes, and detail cases of seamless scale-up from laboratory-scale directly to industrial-production.
Examples of industrial installations will be presented to demonstrate industrial production.
The presentation will include examples of continuous-flow applications where hazardous reactions or extreme process conditions have been used.
Securing future safe chemical production will be discussed.
