Undergraduate internships available in the Biometry Hub
Internships are available for undergraduate students interested in the fields of statistics, biometry and programming
The program is now in its 5th year and the community of graduates in growing every year. The program is currently coordinated by Mrs Wendy Li, who can be contacted for inquiries and expressions of interest. The standard program runs for 3 – 4 weeks between the semesters, but limited individual arrangements during the semester time are also available. In the program, students become skillful in basic R, including data management, presentation and graphing, learn how to create simple web applications for data processing and become familiar with the business of statistical research and consulting in agriculture. These skills are highly valued by the agricultural industries in Australia and worldwide.
