Closing soon - EOIs for Adelaide-CSIRO Industry PhD Program

The end of June is fast approaching. We are following up to ensure interested researchers have an opportunity to submit their Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the Adelaide-CSIRO Industry PhD Program; the call for EOIs will close on 28 June 2019. 

The University and CSIRO are excited to offer this program again for projects commencing in 2020 and are seeking EOIs from supervisory teams. Projects should address an industry problem where the research question is suitable as a PhD project and include a supervisor from the University, CSIRO and an industry partner.

This innovative 4-year iPhD program includes a minimum six-month industry placement for successful students, leading to an enhanced opportunity to work in an industry-defined research area. A competitive $40k p.a. scholarship is also offered to the successful students, plus project research support funds of $10,000 per annum. 

How to apply

To apply, please submit the completed Expressions of Interest form before the deadline. Following this deadline, we can assist with the facilitation of the signature from the ‘authorised university representative’, although we do require the signatures from industry partner and CSIRO contact at this stage.
