CEME student Michael Crisp awarded Peter Brooker Conference Travel Prize in Mathematical Geology
Congratulations to CEME student Michael Crisp who has been awarded the Peter Brooker Conference Travel Prize in Mathematical Geology.

Michael recently graduated from a Bachelor in Civil Engineering (Honours) and is currently undertaking his PhD.
The Prize, which is donated annually of up to $3000, recognises excellence in Geostatistics and Mathematical Geology in the fields of Geology, Geophysics, Engineering, Mathematics and Statistics. It is awarded to an enrolled postgraduate research student using significant mathematical techniques to address a problem in the earth sciences.
Michael will use the award to fund his attendance and presentation at the 7th International Symposium on Geotechnical Safe and Risk in Taipei, Taiwan.
