Academic Drop-in Centre Attendance Form

Each time that you attend an academic drop-in centre, you will need to fill out this form to record your attendance.

The drop-in centres are coordinated by academic staff who are on hand to answer specific questions you may have about content within your course or concepts you may need some additional help with.

By recording your attendance, we can understand how many and how often students are using the service. This helps us continue to provide ongoing drop-in centres for students studying core level one science courses.
