Participants wanted for Chardonnay tasting
Scientists are looking for regular Chardonnay consumers to participate in Chardonnay wine tasting.
School of Agriculture, Food and Wine researchers are investigating consumer understanding of wine complexity and its impact on how much consumers like a particular wine.
The tastings are being conducted at the University of Adelaide’s Waite campus by Associate Professor Susan Bastian, Dr Lukas Danner and honours student Zexin Liu.
