Participants wanted for wine tasting
School of Agriculture, Food and Wine researchers are looking for regular wine consumers to participate in sensory trials to evaluate smoke tainted wines.
Five different trials will be held over five days in the Sensory Lab on Level 4 of the Wine Innovation Central building, Waite campus.
Each trial will involve evaluating the sensory attributes of four or five different wines and will take about 15-25 minutes. Participants can attend any or all of the sessions.
To ensure social distancing, participants need to register to attend at specific days and times. If you are aged over 18 and able to participate, please email renata.ristic@adelaide.edu.au and advise which days you can attend and at what time.
- Dates: July - Tuesday 14th, Wednesday 15th, Thursday 16th, Monday 20th and Tuesday 21st
- Times: 10am, 10:30am, 11am, 11:30am, 12pm, 12:30pm, 1pm, 1:30pm, 2pm, 2:30pm, 3pm or 3:30pm.
Participants will receive a $10 gift voucher for each session they complete - so $50 if you complete all 5 sessions.
