Space tablets splashdown on Earth
A batch of pills has returned to Earth after a year of being exposed to the environment inside the International Space Station (ISS). University of Adelaide researchers will check what the effects of some of the highest levels of radiation found beyond the Earth’s atmosphere have had on the tablets.

Cyber Awareness and Safety Teacher Training - Vietnam High School Outreach
In recognition of digital capabilities and to enhance high school teacher’s technologies skills, the University of Adelaide successfully launched the Cyber Awareness and Safety Teacher Training with more than 60 teachers from across 15 schools in Vietnam.

AIML PhD student awarded prestigious 2021 Google Fellowship
University of Adelaide and Australian Institute for Machine Learning (AIML) PhD student Xinlong Wang has been awarded the 2021 Google PhD Fellowship in Machine Perception, Speech Technology and Computer Vision.

ARC Discovery Early Career Research Awards 2022
Of the five awards given to the University of Adelaide, the Faculty of Engineering, Computer and Mathematical Sciences have received two with both successful candidates coming from the School of Chemical Engineering and Advanced Materials. The total funding received across the two awards is $857, 582.
